Goose Creek Subdivision contains several lakes such as Lake Harper, Sagamore Lake, Ridge Lake and Ahners Pond.

In 1985, Goose Creek Lake was enlarged to its present size of approximately 400 acres

For the convenience of our Property Owners, we maintain a list of active contractors that do business in Goose Creek Lake Subdivision. Goose Creek Lake Trustees Inc. does not verify general liability insurance with any of the contractors and the use of this list is completely at your own risk. Please contact the office if you have additional questions or would like to be added to the list.

The number of ATV, boating and vehicle accidents is down again from the past few years. We appreciate your efforts to operate all vehicles and watercraft in a safe and courteous manner. Theft, vandalism and break-ins continue to be an issue.

We would like to encourage as many as possible to join the Neighborhood Watch. This group has done a wonderful job in assisting our Security Department and your participation would be a huge asset. The entire community watching out for each other is our best defense. We encourage you to report any suspicious activity.

If any of your personal information has changed please take the time to stop by the office and report the changes. It is very important, especially in emergency situations, that we are able to contact you and have correct phone numbers and address on file.
