All Assessmentsand Fees will be mailed by the first week in December each year. If you're a property owner and do not receive your billing information by January 1st, please contact Goose Creek Office Lake at (573)358-3133 as soon as possible or stop by the office to make sure the information on file is updated.
Billing Accounts Property Owners are able to bill most things to their account. All permits, deeds etc. need to be paid for at the time received.
Update Property Owner Information When calling or coming into the office please make sure that the information Goose Creek Office has on file for your account is up to date such as phone numbers, mailing address, and email address if you have one as well as emergency contact information.

For your convenience, VISA and MasterCard are accepted for all payments. When paying with a major credit card or debit card there is a fee of 3% with a minimum of a $2.00 charge unless American Express which is 4% of total due.
