Fines & Violations

Any initial fine may or may not be imposed upon the property owner as a written warning letter or fine depending on the cause of incident. - Based on the discretion of the Fines Committee.

If the incident continues there will be an additional warning letter with a fee attached to the property owner.

If further fine or violations continue, we will have to seek further action.
