Elections

Ballots are sent to property owners who are in good standing. The number of votes (lots) is marked in the upper right corner of the ballot. The following procedures must be followed for your ballot to count.

  • Indicate your vote on the candidates, preposition and survey and return in the envelope provided.

  • Return by mail or hand deliver to the office up to the day prior to the election.

  • You can also turn your ballot into the checkers at he Rec Hall on the day of the meeting in the envelope provided.

  • BALLOT BOX CLOSES AT 11:00 AM

  • Return your ballot in the return envelope provided to be excepted.

    Envelopes containing ballots will be null and void if:

  • Return address has been removed or replaced in any manner

  • No return address is used

Proposition A: a 3% Increase on the $145.00 for the 1st lot owed over the next 5 years.

Proposition B: Allow negotiations between GCL & GCL Fire Dept to allow the Fire Dept, to purchase Fire house # 1.

Proposition C: Amendment of Article VII, requiring a survey on all Building Construction.
